Complant Details / What Happened

When I order nothing Phone I dint see any option or instructions to redeem the pre order pass code, when I called customer care they said it will be refunded by 28th July 2022, then again I called as it was not refunded they said 3rd August 2022, then the date changed to 8th August, then they said 9th August & everytime I called they are still working on.
