Complant Details / What Happened

I purchased a shoes on Flipkart my order number OD224832162602272000. The shoes I received is different mode than I ordered. I tried to resolve the issue by talking with one of Flipkart customer service. She asked me to create return request at my end and suddenly call disconnected and after that I was unable to login in Flipkart. I don't know what to do now and why my ID is blocked? I want to know the reason of blocking my flipkart account. And need to create return this product
