Complant Details / What Happened

Product is defective I raised a complain they just delayed every time by 4 time technicians visit giving me fake promises 4 time rejected replacement and after that giving the next day for delivery but no one has come only got the msg every time failed delivery and flipkart backed person once told to me go POCo service center and give them at letter head that product is defective otherwise they are unable to refund. And from now giving me next promise date to replacement
