Complant Details / What Happened

I placed an ordered on Zomato today 26/02/2022 for cake from jai sai cakes. When I recieved order and then when I opened cake box the cake was completely wet due to which its taste was completely spoiled. As soon as the cake was touched, it seemed that the cake was not kept in the refrigerator and was delivered directly. when I told to zomato about that they told me that write feedback on restaurant site.Just tell me what will happen as solution for doing this? Will restaurant owner refund me ?
