Complant Details / What Happened

Iwatch was submitted at authorised service Center as it was freezing, they sent it to Bangalore for software update, when it came back it had a scratch near the crown on the glass, the service Center guys informed about it by me, they referred the images they took before sending the watch to Bangalore and it had no scratch, so they took my complaint which is still open, I email Apple Team they arrange a call and say we can’t do anything you have to use this watch as it is. It’s been 60 days now.
