Complant Details / What Happened

I ordered cake from zomato, and they delivered wrong item. When I complain to zomato they are saying only one thing that give feedback to restaurant portal, not giving refund. They does refund if coustmer gets wrong item delivered. But now they always considered give feedback for all type complain. When I was ordering the image of item was different and they delivered different item. I also contacted to shop but not connecting call , I also described my issue to zomato but no one helping.
