Complant Details / What Happened

I have purchased REALME6i(LUNAR WHITE, 64GB) mobile however Flipkart has delivered me wrong product i.e. Mobile Realme C11 Rich Green Color was delivered in place of requested one. Moreover the IMEI no of the delivered mobile(C11) matches with the IMEI Printed on Invoice which clearly proves company has done fraud with the consumer by fraudulently taking up the money and delivering inferior product. Series of mails have been forwarded to the company in this regard

In this regard it is pertinent to note that the Flipkart has done Fraud with me and they are not agreeing to the fact also. THE IMEI NO PRINTED ON INVOICE MATCHES WITH THE IMEI PRINTED ON THE MOBILE DELIVERED TO ME.
