My Samsung Galaxy phone, which i had purchased from Flipkart is locked by flipkart under some "Flipkart Smart upgrade plan", of which I am not aware of nor subscriber to Open / Close

Complant Details / What Happened

Consumer on 21 Dec 2020 had purchased the Samsung Galaxy F41 by paying INR 10,834/- and exchange his old mobile(Lenovo Vibe K5 note). The total amount was paid off but company on 13 Dec 2021 locked his phone and after making lot of efforts and going through huge pain get his phone unlocked on 21 Dec 2021. Now again company had locked his mobile on 30 Jan 2022 and he is unable to use any service. He contacted Flipkart they said that they will look into the problem and delaying in the resolution.

Loss Value / How much effected

INR 5000000/- for my financial, social, professional, educational loss and mental harassment
