Complant Details / What Happened

I have purchase a HP Laptop from TATA CLiQ on 23 January 2021 which should be delivered on me on 29 January 2021 with Order Id:- 111380203, Transaction Id:- 100379014419385, Registered Mobile No. 7761062788. When I opened a product box product should be of different model after that I called to Customer Executive for complain. They provide me whats app no and mail id for sharing invoice copy & images On 6 February 2021 they decline my return. After that I have moved to their high authority team like escalation team and CEO Vikas Purohit but also they cant help me. After that I have moved to legal procedure & send a Legal Notice but on the behalf of legal notice they again cant help me and can't return their product which should be delivered to me of different model. After that I have mailed to higher authority but till now I didnt got any positive response.
