Complant Details / What Happened

i have purchased a saree on 11th oct 2021 as the quality of this product was not so good i have returned the product . But i did not get back my refund yet . In the app it is shown that the transaction is completed. but the truth is that i have not get my money . they provided me a bank reference no and i visited the bank but they said transaction is not completed so we can not do anything.

Loss Value / How much effected

i lost 1690/- rupee i have been calling to flipkart service center since last one month but every time they gave me the same reply that the transaction was completed but i did not get my refund yet. taking the bank reference no provided by flipkart i visited the state bank of india but they said that this transaction is not completed yet . i have registered a complaint in national consumer help site but did not get any satisfactory result.
