Complant Details / What Happened

I purchased this laptop on 3 october 2021 and got this on 11 october 2021 then i encountered a fault in it . The screen was bleeding so i issued for a replacement the same day then it's been a month they didn't resolved my issue and in the first week of November they cancelled my order and now they aren't even responding properly.
