Complant Details / What Happened

A birthday dress was purchased on COD for my 10 yr old daughter size 12 years but on receiving the size did not fit as it was small and no other bigger size available. Since than return was initiated and return made thru Return item [Incident no: IN21091814375282762978] on 21/09/2021. Since than despite taking up and following up regularly on different platforms no refund was received till date after 1&half month even after sharing the bank details.

Loss Value / How much effected

Lost value was 3150/- added another amount of 3 lacs for mental physical and emotional harassments.
