Purchased online mobile C21Y black 4 64 through realme store, received on 3rd september 2021, on 5th display not working, made complaint via twitter, was asked to submit the device at service center, service center people said not repairable and you submit the device you will receive another one, submitted and asked for replcement or refund, they said we are working, after some days I bought redmi mobile and asked them for refund, they have refused saying we cannot pay amount back,
