Complant Details / What Happened

Wrong product delivered on 10th July, 2021 and the return pickup/refund is being denied as the return pickup delivery agent and Hub deny taking the product. They also falsely claim that I have accepted the order and cancel the return. This has happened twice. Return complaint raised on 12th July, 2021 which was accepted by Flipkart on 15th July but denied by Delivery partner on 16th July. return raised again on 19th July but denied by delivery hub/partner again.

I also faced problem like this with leading ee commerce website , after calling 100 times and explaining that pick up boy is cancelling pick up, they refunded me after several months, for few bucks refund we have to chase them like a cat , pathetic
