Complant Details / What Happened

Refund not recieved from 13 day's. ( Timeline was 24-48 hours)First time on 16aug they told me your refund initiated and wait till 24-48 hours. I talked with them after every 3 days. But after 12 days they are saying not initiated and saying wait more 24-48 hours. It's too enough. They told me that they will give me refund INR259 instead of 100 against compensation. But still no one solving my concern.
